Random Ad Type Banners popping up on windows 10

Sometimes while im playing games or watching youtube videos or just doing nothing i will get random white banners of text that have ads in them like when you scroll over something and it tells you what it does. Here is a picture http://www.mediafire.com/view/7a0jac6hkqdtk4b/Capture(2).PNG
They keep popping up on random spots on my screen and dont go away until about 5 mins or so then another one pops up. This might be adware or something i dont know any fix?

Can't say I've seen those before but try downloading and installing the freebie 'AdBlock Plus' and see if that stops 'em.

Use Firefox and install Origin plugin to block ads, far better than ABP, I also use EFF Badger to block the ad servers.

Its not on my internet browsers though its on my desktop and stuff

I fixed it it was some old save files from malware and spyware thanks for the help
