What version do I need to buy for my custom build?

If you are building a PC using new parts, and are installing more than 4GB of RAM (you pretty much HAVE to, it's highly recommended), then simply buy Windows 10 Home Edition, and install the 64-bit version. For the most part, the Pro edition costs far more for features that you will not use. If you are aware of the features of Pro and believe that you require them, then you most likely have more than enough knowledge to choose.
