Windows 10 Backward Compatibility Drivers

I have a Dell XPS 15 l502x that is running windows 7. Will all drivers work on windows 10? What about if I format my HDD?
I tweeted @DellCares, someone said, "unfortunately we have not tested the system on Win 10 and we do not have the drivers for the model." But, my "Get Windows 10" icon says it is compatible.

It will probably be fine. One of the systems I upgraded is a 6 year old low end Toshiba laptop. No "windows 10 drivers" in sight.
Everything works as advertised.
