Nvidia 960m FPS drops/lags, but Intel HD 4600 works fine

Hello, i just got my new ASUS G771J laptop and i have problem with Nvidia gpu. All my 3D games (CS GO, even COD 2) lags like every 2 seconds, FPS suddendly drop and then go back up, but the game is just unplayable. I have latest gpu drivers. And i have windows 10.
Spec: i7 4120 HQ
Gtx 960m
8gm ram
Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

- When did you install the latest drivers for your GPU?

- Make sure you're not using BETA drivers, you want WHQL (verified and tested by Microsoft)

- Enable max performance mode in power options in your control panel -- connect charger, otherwise you can harm the battery

I install them today: 355.82 WHQL
and i have max performance enabled, and yes i have laptop connected to charger and battery is outside. I use DDU to uninstall drivers and intall them again but no luck. Can be something to do with windows 10, because i didnt use disc for wind 8.1 that came with my laptop. I downloaded windows 10 via dreamspark.
