yes, for web browsing and 720p and below your tube videos. perhaps even 720p would be a stretch. a better card is a good idea.

Your video card does not care if it is a TV or a monitor, does not care if it is a 60in or a 19in, it will output the video the same way.

Now most low end 32" tvs look like garbage as a monitor because if you are close enough to read the text the display gets really pixelated

^yes that is precisely the issue, a VGA cable already means inferior video quality, and a big screen only makes it worse.

perhaps, the picture quality will be low though. what cable are you using? if you use HDMI or DVI, you can get 1080p resolution which will be fine. if you use a VGA cable, it will be a minecraft movie.

But my pc dont have hdmi or dvi port so what can i do now plz give me some sollutions

well I would spend the $25 and get a GT 720. it is weak, but it has HDMI, and will allow better movie watching resolutions.
