Can I use two 1920x1080 and one 4K display to play games?

I have the power to run 4K, but in some games I want to run 3 monitor setups, and I would also like to play some games in 4K because I have the power for it,

But can I possible run a game in 3 monitors on two 1920x1080 screens and one 4K screen in the middle?

Is such thing possible?

How do you set it up easly?

I litterly can't find any youtube videos on anyone running 2x 1080p and 1x 4k ?

sorry for the delay I lost the thread. pretty much plug in all the monitors, and then go into windows and set each monitor to its corresponding resolution, nvidia drivers will also help.
