Input not supported

Hello there, I get this problem with every game but I do fix it using Nvidia GeForce Experience; but I can't do that with the games that's not supported by nvidia geforce experience.

It seems like my monitor and the graphics card's resolutions are not compatible or something but I can't change the current monitor I am using (it has 1024x768 resolution)

my computer specs:
I7 4790
MSI B85-G43 Gaming
8GB G.skill 1633 mhz 2x4
GTX 970 G1 Gaming
Samsung evo 850 SSD 120 GB
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
Seasonic M12II Evo 620w 80+ Bronze PSU

its high time you upgrated to better monitor , worthy of such great rig you have.!!

that would be a monitor of at least 1080/1200p 16:9 /16:10 ratio resolution!
