Cant install windows 10 64bit

I have 32 bit windows 10 and I want to upgrade it to windows 10 64bit. I tried it from cd , This error appears:

. I tried it from bios boot menu but nothing.

You would have to wipe-and-reload to get to 64-bit 10, but it's also possible that 64-bit 10 has the same 3 64-bit-instruction requirements as 64-bit 8.1. And your board or processor may not support those.

CPU is 64 bit ram is 8GB and motherboard is asrock G41M-VS3 R2.0 . I have the requirements. What do you mean wipe and load?

Mean there is no upgrade, it a fresh install.

Yes it worked! I did a trick to keep personal files. I installed windows 64 bit to 2nd partition from boot menu from usb (cd didn't work) so now i can drag and drop files from 1 partition to another.
