Monitor is blinking white when not used for a bit

So after I upgraded to windows 10 everything is going fine except for some reason when I don't use the computer for a period of time the monitors will just start flashing white over and over until I have to restart the computer with the power button. I was just wondering what some thoughts on this would be? All the help would be great thanks

Try disabling sleep mode from occurring after a set period of time. Type "Edit power plan" in Start and select the first option. Next to "Put the computer to sleep" select "Never."
