Laptop Screen Broken, Home Replacement Questions.

I have a Acer Aspire V3 Series V3-571G-53214G75MAKK model screen.
I've looked at prices for a replacement and they are about $140ish to get the screen delivered here.
I look on eBay and can get it for about $80.

Not sure which to buy, also have never replaced a laptop screen before, but from what i've seen it's pretty easy.

Thoughts? Advice?
