ready to install Mobo need OS help for prep.

anyway is there anyway to keep my Windows 10 its on my old comp im ready to swap out. i upgraded from win 7 OS on this intel h55 cm 5675 from 2010

Can i just save my win 10 on a flash and install when i put the mobo in? how does this work?

nope,windows 10 is good only for the hardware it was installed on.but,you can always reinstall win7 and try to upgrade again,if it hasnt been a month since the upgrade.

darn.. well how do i go about installing windows 7? flashdrive? or from my old OS disc from the cm 5675? that wouldnt work right thats just for that model mobo.

if yours is an oem copy you can try installing it and activating by phone with microsoft.try telling them that your motherboard failed.most of the time they will reactivate but arent required to do so.its worth a try.
