Help me pick the best 24" secondary monitor for $150 or less.

Currently have the Asus VG248QE 24". I plan to mount the second monitor above this one. Main use is for webpages or videos. Will not be used for gaming. Appreciate any input.

AOC makes some very good monitors too.

This is such a great deal for an IPS. But, if you don't like that one, there aren't many more choices for IPS or TN (at least on Newegg.)

This is a screen for video and photo editing.

Screen

With AMVA+ and 24 Bit colour. Video looks amazing. Screen sharpness is very good. Text is Sharp as a scalpel.
Black is black and not gray as can be with cheper IPS.
