Logging into google chrome on a second user account converted that user account to my google id!

I upgraded my kids' computer to Windows 10. It had an administrator account (for me to set things) and two separate user accounts for my daughter and my son.

I made the *mistake* of logging into Chrome with my Gmail acct ID while on my Daughter's user account.

Now, it's no longer her account. It has a password (It never had a password before). And instead of her name, it's literally my gmail account name.

Seriously. Baffled.

Anyhow, does this sound familiar? Anyone else had it happened? I need to take some time to clean out the user account settings, but she has her steam, minecraft and other settings on her account. I don't really want to trash it and make a new one.

Any tips will be considered as *lovely and wonderful*. Thanks,

Try following this guide provided by Google Chrome's support group;

This should help you clear all passwords and other settings in Google Chrome and it should log you off from Chrome as well.
