which hdmi cable can handle more than 60hz at 1080p?

im curious, im getting a new hdmi cable instead of my probably 8+ foot POS cable and was wondering what cable can support more than 60 hz at 1080p? im not doing anything crazy past 70ish HZ and was wondering which one to get. also what would you say is the max speed that these cables can send data to at 1080p? also would there be any benifit going from a displayport to hdmi adapter even though i would imagine that the hdmi part would still be a bottleneck?

It depends, on 1.4a hdmi you can do up to 120 HZ.

thank you. i did not realize there was multiple types of hdmi cables. my tv does not have display port :/
