Best full size mouse for ergonomics, not for gaming

I am not a gamer, but I need a mouse that is comfortable to use for a long time. I surf the web a lot and use my computer a lot for school. Dont need anything fancy but I need it to be full sized and have forward/back buttons, none of these tiny things I have been seeing lately. Would prefer a wired mouse but could go wireless if its accuracy is comparable. Anyone have any suggestions?

The Mionix Naos 7000 and the Razer Deathadders are usually said to be very comfortable and ergonomic without having too many buttons. I personally like the Naos because of the ring finger rest it has making it more comfortable still. I also suggest going to a hardware store and testing some out yourself.
