30-32 Inch 4K IPS Monitor Choices...

Hi guys, so I've decided to change my monitor set up from 2 27 inch Dells at 2560x1440 (U2713HM) to one 4K. Having had this set up for a while I've come to realize that I can sacrifice about a thousand horizontal pixels in exchange to ~800 extra vertical with 4K. About 6 months ago or so I bought a 28 inch Samsung 4K monitor, but it was a TN panel, which was terrible for photo editing, and at the time Windows 8.1 scaling was shit, so I returned it.
I see now plenty of offerings from unknown to known brands for 60hz IPS panels so I've decided to give this another try. When I tried 4K at 100% on 28 inch monitor content was ok to read, but on the smaller side, so I'm looking at larger monitors, 30-32 inch.

Here are some of the ones I'm considering:

HP Spectre 32-inch Studio Display - http://www.amazon.com/HP-Spectre-32...&sr=8-1&keywords=HP+Spectre+32+Studio+Display
It's kind of cool being white, but I'm not sure about the speakers.

31" Class 17:9 Digital Cinema 4K IPS LED Monitor - http://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-31MU97-B-4k-ips-led-monitor
Best part is it's true 4K 4K (4096 x 2160), not UHD (3840 x 2160) like 99% of the other 4K monitors for sale.

Asus PA328Q 32" - http://www.amazon.com/PA328Q-3840x2...p/B00YWD9ZZM/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8
This seems to have the most consistent good reviews online

BenQ BL3201PH - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O1B5M9I/ref=psdc_1292115011_t2_B00YWD9ZZM
Apparently this unknown Korean brands produce superb quality monitors using same panels the known brands do, but sell 25-30% less. Good reviews for the most part.

Dell UP3214Q - http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=210-ACBL
More money than the rest of them, but is it worth it?

Samsung U32D970Q - http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/monitors/LU32D97KQSR/ZA
Another solid option

I've spent a lot of time reading reviews, watching youtubes trying to decide which one to get. It's a lot of money for a monitor, so want to make sure I make the right decision. Would sell my 27s to help fund it. On paper, with my limited knowledge, it looks like most of these monitors would produce comparable or better images than my current ones, but understanding all the technical details posted is challenging for me, and many reviewers say that IPSs can vary greatly. Then you have sRGB and Adobe RGB coverage, all sorts of different systems, factory calibration, etc etc... I tried messing with monitor calibration once and failed. I'd prefer to just get something that will work out of the box.

I do zero gaming, btw. Mostly Photoshop, Premiere and browsing.

Anyway, I guess I'm looking for input and opinions of any sorts. I'd like to have a 4K monitor, but I don't want to lose any picture quality as my 27s right now are fantastic.

THANKS !

For photo-editing, I definitely would pick the Dell or Samsung model. Absolute beauties. IMO. Solid construction and quality.

Just noticed too... LG only as 1 year parts warranty. Dell & Samsung both have 3 year warranties.

Thanks for the reply! I might just have to order a couple of them and return the ones I don't like.

I ended up ordering the Asus. Pretty happy with it. Didn't have to return or try other panels, so don't have much to compare with. Will have to do until OLED panels become affordable.
