Monitor goes to sleep during games

Hi! My monitor goes to sleep during games but my PC is still working. Then I move my mouse but it is not working. So I restart my computer. Please can you solve my problem?

Are you sure this is your monitor that is going to sleep? Does your monitor say ''no signal detected'' or does your monitor shut down? It could be your computer.
Try if you can and not already done so another monitor.
Try a different port, so your monitor is now on displayport, try hdmi or DVI.

If you can't find the issue still or have more information please post again.
