Is this a good build for ultra/high settings on latest games on 1080p?

Hey!
This is my first pc build, I'll use it primarily for gaming, just wondering if you guys could give me any feedback on it! I worked this build out by reading on toms hardware and looking at builds on pcpp to which good quality parts to get, hope I did it right, if not, let me know! Any comments are appreciated :)

Build so far:

Is this good enough to run games like The Witcher 3/TheForest/ARK/CS GO/Fallouts(all)/Borderlands(all) at High/Ultra with decent fps?

If not, what should I add/replace?
Also, if you think there is a better part than the one I have for around the same price(more-less-equal) then please let me know! I'm new at this.

Also, I need a monitor for this build, was thinking 144 hz since my main game is the fps game
CS GO, and 144hz greatly improves gameplay, any recommendations?
I couldn't decide between the Asus VG248QE and the BenQXL2411Z, I have no idea which one I should buy/which is the better monitor. Please help me choose one:p

Hello

I think the build looks solid. I do think that if you want to go with the closed loop CPU cooler that you should rather opt for a 240mm than that 120mm since you will get a significant increase in cooling performance.

As far as the monitors go. The Asus monitor has Gsync which is nice to have, but the BenQ offers better color quality and Linus tech tips really recommend the BenQ XL2420Z and the XL2411Z is just a newer version. Here is also a forum you can read up on: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/128576-help-please-asus-vg248qe-or-benq-xl2420z-or-benq-xl2411z/

Hope this helps :)
