ASUS VX238H VS Benq GL2460 ?

which display is best (ASUS VX238H) or (Benq GL2460) for gaming ?
it's true that tis two monitors have various characteristics for exemple benq have Flicker Free etc but the asus have 1ms vs 2 ms for benq so yeah i want to see your point of view and advices

Both are good monitors and my two preferred brands I lean a little towards Asus but you should be happy with either
