here is the error code:

4: kd> !error 0xc0000409
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000409 (3221226505) - The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application.

what is the make and model of your machine? is this a 32 bit version of windows 10?
this error would indicate a problem with a file extension running on explorer.exe
you will want to disable it.
you might start by looking here: http://superuser.com/questions/286000/how-to-list-explorer-extensions-and-disable-them

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html
the tool looks hard but start by finding the menu item and select hide all of the microsoft extensions and you might see a 3rd party one that could be your problem.

you should also start cmd.exe as an admin then run
sfc.exe /scannow
and
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

if you did a windows 10 update install they always show errors so dont't worry. you just want it to fix what it can fix. Just in case you had file copy errors when you did the install. (happens a lot with USB installs and installs over the network when you have certain old wireless cards)
