Get the AOC. It has good reviews compare to Dell.
But both of them are TN panel.

If you want IPS panel. You have to Spend more.

If are a CS:GO player then you need a 144Hz 1080p 1ms TN panel monitor.
Other than that any 1080p 5ms GTG or less than that [>5ms] is good for Gaming.
IPS or TN is one's personal Opinion.

[It does not matter who is reputed who isn't. The Best Quality monitor brings out by BENQ & ASUS and they are the most expensive one. For monitor it is only matter who gives you better Quality & longer good Service]

Dell don't make their own monitors, BenQ does and other companies as well but it's just oursourcing and each company makes it their own, could be using the same exact panel but due to aestethics or just premium for a brand, the price could be different.
