Why can I never find 120hz monitor on amazon?

My best guess is that the 120hz panels are actually the same as the 144hz panels, just driven at a slightly faster rate. And becuase there is no good reason to have 120hz panel over a 144hz panel they stopped making 120hz monitors.

Buy a 144 Hz monitor, there is no reason to buy a 120 Hz panel. The panels used are much worse than modern 144 Hz panels, avoid them.
