Can't delete previous owner's account from the boot list

With Windows 10, I've deleted everything I can find about the previous owner but when the computer boots up, it still shows one the user's list!

I deleted the account from "Users" in the Control Panel and done a complete search for the previous owner's name and came up dry!

Why am I still seeing the account when it gets to first login screen? Is it embedded on the partition? That's the only thing I can think of.

If you are using a second hand PC, make sure you reformat it before using it yourself.

For any used PC, your first move should be a full wipe of the drive and reinstall of the OS.
For your protection as much as theirs.
