I'm looking at this graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133530.

As you can see, it's not a top end card and it's only slightly better than what I have now (AMD Radeon HD 7540D), but just enough to improve the ability to play certain games.

My motherboard is a AMD DX4380G.

My CPU is a AMD A6-5400K.

I never done any upgrades like this before, so hopefully this can be a one item upgrade.

I disagree. I have built with that same PNY card in 2 machines. It is the fastest clocked GTX 750 Ti that requires no 6 pin connector on the market. And PNY is very dependable.
Asus: 1072/1150 core clock
PNY: 1202/1280 core clock

Yup, that's the set up I have.

I realized there was a huge difference between the two while I was doing research on it (was typing my post and researching at the same time), just forgot to edit that portion of my post out.
