I am going to be running an i5-4460 3.2GHz with a Radeon 7770 (only for a few months due to it was free from a friend), then i will be upgrading to a GTX 970 or 980ti. These are the 2 PSU's i have already found, but are there any better ?

Are there any others in that same price range ? Or are these the best i can get ? Remember, i live in Canada. Thank you !

the reason I went with this seasonic 650watt psu is that ...

1. Seasonic is the best!!!!! it is a tier 1 psu from this forums list
2. You will nedd a 600 watt PSU from the 980ti when you upgrade

it says 84.99 after rebate but I dopnt know if you can do that in Canada
