phone won't connect to service provider

I have a oneplus 2 smartphone which was connected to a wind mobile network. It was working find and then i decided to screw around in settings. I typed *#*#4636#*#* into the phone and it took me to phone info where i screwed around with different bands and network types. Now i can't seem to be able to reconnect to wind. Does anyone know how i can fix this or reset the settings back to factory settings.

In the phone's "mobile network" settings, you should be able to find an "access point names" in the list. Click it and you should now see multiple access point names, then press the menu button on the phone and click reset to default. That will reset your network settings.
