Hi guys, I currently have a Palit Gtx 770 2gb jetstream and am planning on upgrading to the 980ti.

This will be my first time upgrading so im just wondering what is involved in terms of uninstalling/installing new drivers/software. I was planning on getting the EVGA gtx 980, so would be changing from palit (does this mean I have to do any extra installing/uninstalling?) or would i be best off just sticking to a palit gtx 980ti (not that ive ever had trouble with palit)

All brands use the same drivers so moving from Palit to EVGA should be seamless. Also, the 770 and 980 (ti) use the same drivers, so you don't need to change those.
Installation should be as simple as powering down, pulling out the old card, plugging in the new, and powering back up.
