Looking for a cheap gaming pc

Hey guys I'm transferring over to pc gaming and wanted to know (since I'm on a strict budget) what would be the cheapest possible pre-built pc that can run games like bf4 on ultra 1080p 60fps.

Depending on where you go and where you are from you can get it farily well priced, but for that performance were talking £1000

Must be cheap, prebuilt, and player BF4 on Ultra 1080p 60? Well I guess if you're rich $1000+ is cheap right?
I'd recommend for prebuilt a ibuypower or cyberpower PC.
Now if you're looking for something $100-$400 then you can get a prebuilt that can play BF4 lowest settings 1080p @ 5-30.
$500-900 you can get one that plays it on high 30-60 fps.

Also my friend who has never built a PC nor looked up a video about it built his own PC (granted his mobo fried for some reason (most likely a defect) so he is getting a replacement) and apparently he built it correctly according to my friend.
