Upgrade Windows 7 to 10 after fresh install to new SSD.

I just did a fresh install of Windows 7 Premium with the disk/product key for my new SSD. Now, I want to get my PC back to Windows 10 like I had it before I did the fresh install. However, after I let it download from Microsoft's website, it requires a product code and says I need a registered OS or something. Is there any fix for this?

Why did you install 7 at all if you already upgraded before and only changed the SSD? Simply follow the instructions at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install and it should activate without issue.
