Best OC Monitor for cheap

I'm looking to get a monitor for fairly cheap 1080p 60hz that can overclock to 70-80 at least. I'm running a 770 and on games that aren't super demanding I'll be getting above 60 fps. I'd like it to be at least 23" but the bigger the better. ~$150. Cheaper if you can get it. Thanks
