Windows 10 Dual monitor dragging windows from screen to screen issue.

I recently installed Windows 10 on my laptop and have it connected to a second Monitor via HDMI. Both are set to 1920X1080 and are set to be side by side extended. The issue I have is that if I want to drag a windows across the screens I have to make sure that I don't drag is right across the top or it just snaps to a different size on the same monitor. If I drag it and go to the very top or bottom at first then in the same drag move to closer to the middle it will not move over until I let it snap and try again. This becomes pretty irritating when I am used to just quickly grabbing the top of the window and throwing it to the next monitor, and now I have to make sure not to go too high or too low when doing it. Any way to fix this? Thanks!

Go into Settings, then go to the display tab. Once there you should see two blue boxes that represent your monitors, they are numbered 1 and 2, mess around and move them up and down until you get what you want.

I did this with multiple locations. There is still a 1 cm edge in which my cursor cannot pass through on both monitors.

Find out the "Native Resultion" for your external monitor and internal... Set your resolution to the native resolution.

Just did it, it still had the little edges on the top and bottom. Also tried a few other resolutions, same thing.
