i guess no one cares .always when load main web page its goes in a middle, then scrolls in a top .its so annoying!.its not a complain its a solution how to fix faulty main page.

Which browser do you use? At least I don't have problem with firefox, chrome, even the ie too.
May check your GPU driver setting.

Adding another voice to "don't see anything wrong". Refreshes are near- instant.

when you in a middle of a page click refresh,page goes up to top then backs to middle!

No it doesn't. Current Firefox.
