Need help with 4K monitor for 3D editing and Motion Graphics-- (Dell P2715Q Black 27") is this good?

Can I get some thoughts on this monitor. I'm going to pair it with a single 980 Ti EVGA FTW.
It's gonna be mostly for 3D graphics and Graphic design. So, will I benefit much from this monitor? I need to change my monitor because of a really bad ghosting that's no fun in 3D graphics.

I'm very picky when it comes to Color, Brightness, Clarity, and Display port.

All 60 Hz monitors ghost equally as much. 1 ms BenQ could be 5 ms HP, there is no way of knowing exactly, all the brands hide the real specs of everything except size, resolution, features and price.

Well if you are going to be doing 4K video, a 4K display would be good so you can see the end product, 1:1 pixel. If you are only doing 1080p, you would still want at least one 1080p screen to watch your video on with 1:1 pixel and no scaling. The 4K screen would be nice for having a preview window open, and your editing tools, etc.

I'm not sure if it's a dithered 8 bit panel or it actually is a 10 bit, in which case you'll need a workstation GPU to display all the colors and programs to support it, hardly any of them do, Photoshop etc is an exception but I don't know of any others like 3D apps.

I'm actually looking at a Quadro K2200--- https://pcpartpicker.com/part/pny-video-card-vcqk2200pb ,to pair with GTX 960 4Gb.
How well will that do me? Plus, I just saw a Quadro 4000 series GPU for less than 600 bucks--- which is very tempting.
