1 Year old Gaming PC freezing?

This is my first computer. I built it myself around 1yr and a motnh ago.

My PC from the start makes noise, I assume from the fan.

Anyways, it's been recently freezing.

I usually have thse apps open:

1. Google chrome (2-4 tabs)
2. Spotify
3. Runescape Private Server ( not a heavy app)
4. League of legends client.
5. Skype

That's about it and yet I am experiencing pc Freezes. Not often, but just the occasional 1-2 days daily.

Please help me on what I can do to fix this!

I cleaned inside of dust last week and it was fine upuntil today.
