I want to buy either a

Intel® Core™ i7-3770 Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz) LGA1155
or an
Intel® Core™ i7-3770K Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz) LGA1155

Either cpu will be a proper replacement. I'm looking to replace my burned out cpu. I'm on a very limited/fixed income. If anyone has one available please let me know. Hoping to keep the cost down as low as possible.
