I was tempted to set this as a discussion but opted against it as i need quick answers.
I was just worried which monitor I should create a dual setup with.. The bezels on the 23" look far thinner which i really i like the look of, but i dont know if the 24" is better for its size,
Should I opt for the thinner bezels, or will the slight size difference make the 24" monitor a better choice.
I want two of these on a monitor arm, so would the bezels benefit me enough to get them despite them being the same price?

Solution
There are no 24" 1920x1080 16:9 displays, 24" is 16:10, and is 1920x1200. There are 4 display types being manufacturerd, they are 23", 23.5", 23.6" and 23.8". I'm saying there's not a difference, because .8 inch or less is not something you're ever going to notice, in terms of viewable screen area. It may seem like a big difference, but I'll post a link below.

I assumed they were the same size, because monitors that say they are 23", are usually 23.6", as it's the most common size for a monitor.

LG 24MP57VQ
Screen size (inches): 23.8

LG 23MP67VQ
Screen size (inches): 23

Then why are the product dimensions so different, even considering the bezels thickness, the difference shouldn't be that drastic, surely they cant be the same size?!

I understand that, but in the specification portion of the page, it says the size of the monitor with and without the stand, which would be including the bezel as it referencing the size of the monitor as a whole. As you said the initial size of the panels are the same size, this cant be true because the difference in size is too much to consider the panels actually being the same size? No?
