Admin rights to a specific app

I have 2 accounts, one with admin and other standard user. For the standard user I need an app to autostart when logging in. The app is CoreTemp and it wont launch because of this. If I'm around then I can launch it for whoever using it but that isn't ideal.

So is there a way to give it specific admin rights?

Not really, no. An application that requires admin rights requires you, the human, to enter the admin password.
This is a good thing.

If applications that need admin rights could bypass having a human enter the admin password, they could do all that admin stuff on their own. You would not like most of what they do.
A virus, for instance.

UAC and asking for admins rights is a good thing.

I tried that but get an error "The extended attributes are inconsistent"

Not getting that error on other PC but still can't get it to work in a standard account

you can also try to Make another user account and try the suggestions of how to install the program the way you want.
