Screen Goes Black after logging into windows

Hello, I have had an issue with windows 10. I have been getting a black screen after I login initially with windows, but I can still hear sounds coming from my programs that are loading up. I have tried to go into safe mode and that seems to work perfectly. I also read some threads last night that said to uninstall graphics drivers for my gpu, but that did not work and to also change some settings in the north bridge in the bios.
Probably not needed, but here are the system specs:
AMD 9590 cpu
Nvidia gtx 980ti gpu
asus sabertooth 990 fx
Main SSD with OS is on a 128gb Crucial M4
32gb 2133 ddr3 ram.
EVGA supernova 850 psu (either a 850 or 950 I don't remember.)

It has to be the graphics card drivers, can you uninstall the drivers and reinstall an older version of the graphics drivers? Perhaps that will help, since it used to work.

I did try that in safe mode to no avail. I guess I could try taking it out and run off integrated to see if that would help.

Does your motherboard have integrated graphics, your CPU certainly does not.
