Looking for a worthwhile upgrade and some info in ideal GPU/CPU usage %

As of now I'm running a FX-6100 OC'd to 4.1ghz and a Nvidia GTX 760 4GB.
I used MSI Kombustor and task manager. My GPU usage is 98-99%, my CPU usage is 30-60% during the stress test. Its on AA:8x Tess @32x at 1920x1080. Averaging 68fps. From what I read my GPU/CPU usage seems fine. No one core is taxed too much over the others also. A few questions: 1) Is this OK %s for my setup.
2) is a cpu upgrade worth it?--going to the i5 of course is a new mobo too. Maybe even a 8350 for budget reasons?
3) Get a SSD and/or Zotac Amp 970 and an FX 8350

the 6100 will bottlneck in cpu heavy newer games and if you dont tinker with your settings.You would mostly be fine with the fxx 8350 , especially if its oced a bit. You will definetly get more preformance if you get the fx 8350 and a 970 than if you just upgrade the cpu to an i5. As for the zotac amp 5 model i dont think the extra preformance is worth the price , since 970 cards run preatty cool anyway, and you should probably go with a cheaper option if its above 350
