Bsod "kernel security failure"

OK I keep getting a random bsod there's times were it'll prevent me from loggin in windows for a good while other times I won't get it at all until I decide to shutdown my computer a random bsod pops up with the same error there was one point where I couldn't log in and it annoyed me so I decided to refresh my PC and it was going good but in the end there was an error in the end so I tried restoring to a previous and it goes well and in the end there was a Error so that was a no go I can access safe mode and have no problems at all! But at this point I don't know what to do and I haven't gotten to the point where I reinstall windows yet I at least would like toto try to fix it then loose all my apps yet

Well, I replaced my motherboard, processor, power supply and memory and it ended up finally being the video card. At least I no longer get the crashes.
