Stuck in "insert bootable media" screen with NO keyboard/mouse response

Tried using DDU and it asked to enter safe mode, went to safe mode, it then said "insert bootable media" and I tried to select it from BIOS but I could never get to BIOS because my mouse and keyboard controls were dead. Nothing I've done (plugging, unplugging) has fixed this issue. No idea how to fix this.

Make sure to unplug all USB devices (other than keyboard and mouse, unless either of them have storage devices built in) and remove all disks (fixed and removable) other than your boot disk.
