I built my last pc about 5 years ago and it died in the spring (I am a cigar smoker and the results finally caught up to the system and it died)

I am looking for a 1500-1700 build. I already have 2 Dell u2410 monitors, a new Corsair H60 cpu cooler and a 128G SSD with windows that I am hoping survived my PC failure. I took a few pieces from a variety of threads. Without the 2 monitors and the CPU cooler it is around 1750. I would like to get it as close to 1500 as possible but willing to pay extra if its worth it.

All advice is welcome and appreciated in advance. I prefer intel i5 or i7 CPUs.

Thanks for the advice, however I believe that upgrade is too hefty on my budget especially as we don't know what the future specs for vr will be and I am not planning on having this system for more than 4 years.
