What creative ideas you got with failed SSD?

My 4 year old crucial m4 SSD finally died. Got this baby back in 2011 and it's served it's time well.

Anyway, I'm keeping this junk because I'm too lazy to try and attempt the proper data erase process on a failing ssd and I don't want to smash it....

I'm thinking a nerdy office coaster.
Super glue and a little cut out rubber foam underneath? Maybe build something on top of it like a clock or something?

Any other creative ideas?

If you wanted to be really evil you could place it in an office with the label "Phone Charging Station." You'd get some seriously befuddled co-workers.

Oh <mod edit>... that's pretty cool, but I'm thinking bigger now! I could gut the internals and make the case a large portable battery with a couple usb charging ports!

Or an ultra nerdy WALLET?!?!?!
