Will upgrade to Window 10 solve blue screen problem

I'm getting the blue screen error on my Windows 7 Toshiba notebook. If I upgrade to Windows 10, will that take care of the problem?

Probably, but be prepared just in case something screws up (backup data) and know that W10 isn't perfect yet either.

(Before that you can try reinstalling drivers from your laptop support site but make sure they are the correct ones.)

Before that I would also check your system memory and run hard drive (or SSD) diagnostics.

www.memtest.org (or at the very least start the Windows Memory diagnostic and run for 30 minutes).. HDD/SSD from manufacturer and run DSL to start (Drive Short Test)

1033 generally is the language code the error text is reported with 1033 = english.
