Hello Everyone,
I have been using this site for a while now for information.
I understand titan X is a bit overkill. and I'm just worried about some things might "out date" in the near future.
Im getting the titan X regardless.

My Build since 2013( Built it all new):
MB - GIGABYTE GA-X79-UD5 LGA 2011
CPU - i7-3930K H100i Water Cooled
GPU - 2x GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 680 GV-N680OC-2GD 2GB SLI
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 64GB (8 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1600 (PC3 12800)
OS Storage - OCZ Vertex 4 256GB SSD
Games Storage - Samsung 250GB SSD
General Storage - 1TB HDD
OS - W7 Ultimate
PSU - 1000W bronze 80plus
Monitor - 144hz ASUS|LED 24" 1MS VG248QE R

I want to Upgrade the GPU to a single TITAN x For triple monitor 1080p( so getting 2 more VG248QE) , for now...

Is there anything I should be worried about or something that would improve Performance?

My thoughts are change the MB/CPU/RAM/PSU to a more current hardware. or am i just being paranoid?
Mostly worried about the motherboard.

I play: Arma 2, Arma 3, ARK Survival, Fallout, Skyrim, LoL, GTA5 and GW2. MMO's
Also would like to stream and record videos while playing.

If you know of anything that works better or need more info please let me know :)

I would look at a 980ti instead. http://gpuboss.com/gpus/-9223372036823115232-vs--9223372036823111234 The Titan will run you about 1k while the 980ti will only set you back around 650. Especially for the games you have listed, the 980ti will get you through everything and then some. Yes the Titan has twice as much VRAM, but I don't see you needing that for what you want to do.

That said your build looks a little all over the place to me. 64GB or RAM seems way way overkill in itself. If you're looking to "upgrade' you're really looking at a new build and using skylake parts. Otherwise, you should be plenty fine if you just want a new GPU.

So I decided to go with the EVGA GTX980ti sc.
Also got a i7 5820k, EVGA FTWx99, 16gb 3200mhz, 1200w plat.

I found an SLI chart about price for performance. and at 1300$ vs 2000$ for a 20% performance is not worth it at all. and the price only keeps going up.

Thank you guys!

If I were you I'll save some money on the ram. 3200mhz is amazing but the CL is usually above 16 for that which makes it slower than you think.
