Hi, I am 13 years old and would like to get into PC gaming, I don't really have a fixed budget but I don't want to spend a lot of money in it since I am still just a kid. The only game I play atm is cs go and after I get my PC I want to play all the new games as well on medium setting and about 60 frames.

Well, since CS:GO is all you'll be playing, it shouldn't be a problem to run the game without buying super-expensive parts. Now do keep in mind however, building a gaming PC on a small budget might cause many compromises. For your first build on a small budget, here's what I would recommend:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128859
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148540
Graphics: SAPPHIRE DUAL-X Radeon HD 6970 2GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202113 OR EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487024&cm_re=Nvidia_graphics-_-14-487-024-_-Product
Power Supply: VGA 500W ATX12V Power Supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438016
Case: Phanteks PH-ES614P_BK ATX Full Tower Computer Case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811854003

To be more clear I can spend about $750, and since I would have to add to the $750, keyboard, mouse, headphones, desk, chair, and monitor. Also i dont just want to play cs go, i want to play the new games as well.

thanks for answering,
