BSOD Thread_Exception_Not_Handled, dxgmms2.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, 0x7e

Hi,

I encounter a BSOD when playing demanding games (Metal Gear Solid v, Mad Max, etc.). I get "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". BlueScreenView points to dxgmms2.sys.

Things I've tried:

• 
  Updating/rolling back GPU drivers (cleanly) (Currently 358.50)
  Registry check with 2 registry checkers
  Uninstalling my antivirus and several other programs
  SFC /SCANNOW
  Disabling MSi Afterburner (I only use it for custom fan arc)
  Rolling back to Windows 8.1 (seemed to work, however I would like to use Windows 10)
  Other things that I can't remember...

  System: Alienware Aurora R4
  CPU: Intel Core i7 4820K
  GPU: 2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 SLI
