Can Not Run Nvidia Driver Install Disk (Win 10) PLEASE HELP!

Due to the drivers on my EVGA Geforce 970 stopping then recovering while playing a few games I uninstalled the drivers and wanted to do a clean install but I found out that the Driver Install disk that came with my Graphics card refuses to run. I tried other CD's and they run just fine, just not this Driver CD for some reason. Can anyone help please?

Don't use the disc. Those drivers are outdated. Instead run display driver uninstaller in safe mode, reboot, and install the ones from the link.

Well the thing is, I was able to get the drivers back but i'm still missing things like the Nvidia Control Panel and the disk was the only way I could think to get it back.

The ones from Nvidia's site should include everything. You most likely just have a corrupt driver installation. I suggest running DDU in safe mode, should clear up any problems.
