My PC keeps turning on on its own

So my new pc about a month old, is starting to turn itself on a few hours after I turn it off. This happens every time I turn it off. Right before it fully shuts down there a pop up in the monitor "No Signal, Turning on power saving mode shortly". I don't know why this is happening, maybe Win 10 is doing this, maybe I checked an option in the settings, I dont know. If you know whats happening please let me know, any help is appreciated

Go to....Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Task Scheduler. Once in there look at the tasks scheduled, you will have to be thorough, it's easy to miss one. You will find something such as an update or disk defrag will be enabled to start up the PC.
