Hello everybody
i was wondering... will i notice the difference between a 1080p and 1440p at gaming?

i play everything maxed out including anti-aliasing on my 144hz 1080p monitor with my gtx 980 ti and it looks fantastic

but i planing to buy an "asus rog swift"
but i'm not sure if i will notice the difference !!

what is your opinion? is it noticable enough?

I have a 4k Monitor and i've played a game at all 3 resolutions to see the difference.

I found that there was a small improvement going from 1080 to 1440 my subjective % would be 15% improvement in perceived quality.
going from 1440 - 2160 my subjective % is 40% and no need for AA.

1080p = 2073600 pixels
1440p = 3686400 pixels
More pixels, larger area, higher pixel density.
